Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I’m Travis Neace, LCSW. I offer relational psychotherapy for couples and individuals in Lexington, KY. My work is psychodynamic-oriented and collaborative, helping you understand repeating patterns, build emotional clarity, and create more secure connection over time. I’m committed to providing an affirming, inclusive space for people of all backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures to safely explore their inner lives.
Therapy at Depth
A space to slow down and understand what’s happening beneath symptoms. Beneath anxiety, numbness, self-doubt, or the sense that something keeps repeating. Together, we make meaning of what you’re carrying and the patterns that formed for a reason, so you can feel more grounded, more connected, and more like your authentic self over time.
Who This Is For
This may be a fit if you want therapy that goes deeper.
You might be:
Feeling anxious, empty, or emotionally exhausted
Struggling in your relationship or marriage despite trying “all the right things”
Caught in repeating patterns you don’t fully understand
Looking for therapy that goes beyond surface-level coping skills
Couples: You want to understand the cycle you’re in and change it at the root.
Individuals: You want more than coping skills. You want clarity, integration, and real relational change.
If you value a thoughtful, high-attention therapeutic space and want work that is both emotionally honest and clinically grounded, you’re in the right place.
You don’t need to be in crisis to begin therapy.
My Approach
I practice from a relational, attachment-informed, psychodynamic perspective. That means therapy is not something done to you—it’s a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and emotional safety.
We focus on:
Patterns that show up in your relationships
How patterns formed, not only how to cope with them
Emotional experiences that may have been ignored or minimized
How past relationships shape present struggles
What unfolds between us in the therapy room
Change happens through understanding and connection, not quick fixes.
Psychotherapy Services
At Bluegrass Relational Psychotherapy, therapy is a depth-oriented process that helps you understand the patterns shaping your relationships, your emotional life, and the ways you’ve learned to cope. This work is relational and attachment-informed—focused not only on symptom relief, but on meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you’re coming in as a couple navigating disconnection or conflict, or as an individual wanting to understand yourself more deeply, therapy offers a steady space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and freedom.
Couples & Relationship Therapy
Couples therapy helps partners break repeating cycles, rebuild emotional safety, and strengthen connection. We work with communication breakdowns, resentment, trust injuries, and the quiet distance that can grow over time—even in relationships that still have love and commitment.
Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy is for people who want more than coping strategies. This work supports insight, emotional resilience, and deeper self-trust, especially for those who feel stuck in repeating patterns, anxiety, disconnection, or relationship difficulties.
