Relational Psychotherapy for Individuals & Couples
Lexington, KY • In-person & tele-health
Helping you understand the patterns shaping your relationships—so meaningful change becomes possible.
If you feel stuck in the same emotional or relationship patterns, therapy can help you understand why—and change them at the root.
Why Therapy Isn’t Working the Way You Hoped
You’ve tried to communicate better.
You’ve thought things through.
Maybe you’ve even been to therapy before.
And still—something doesn’t shift.
You might notice:
The same arguments happening over and over
Emotional distance, even when you care deeply
Anxiety, shutdown, or overthinking in relationships
A sense that your reactions don’t fully make sense
That’s because insight alone isn’t enough.
Lasting change comes from understanding the deeper patterns driving how you relate—to others and to yourself.
Therapy That Goes Beneath the Surface
If you’ve tried to “fix” things but keep ending up in the same place, you’re not alone.
You might feel:
Anxious, disconnected, or emotionally drained
Stuck in the same arguments or relationship patterns
Frustrated that insight hasn’t led to real change
Like something deeper is driving your reactions—but you can’t quite name it
This is where depth-oriented therapy can help.
Together, we slow down, understand what’s underneath, and work toward meaningful, lasting change—not just temporary relief.
Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I’m Travis Neace, LCSW.
I provide relational, psychodynamic psychotherapy for couples and individuals in Lexington, KY. My work supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and long-standing emotional patterns that impact connection, intimacy, and self-understanding.
I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) within a depth-oriented, relational approach to help couples strengthen emotional safety, improve communication, and repair trust. Therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and attuned to the deeper dynamics shaping how you relate to yourself and others.
I offer a confidential, affirming space for adults of all identities, backgrounds, and relationship structures seeking meaningful, lasting change through a more personalized therapeutic experience.
Who This Is For
This work may be a good fit if you’re looking for therapy that goes deeper.

How I Work
My approach is relational, attachment-focused, and psychodynamic.
That means:
We explore patterns in your relationships—not just symptoms
We understand how those patterns formed
We make space for emotions that may have been overlooked
We pay attention to what unfolds in the therapy relationship itself
Change happens through insight, emotional experience, and connection—not quick fixes.
